Kalenoor Energy Limited is established as an energy company with Pan-Africa focus to acquire, develop, operate and finance hydrocarbon assets in the African oil and gas sector. We will be active in various African countries and be engaged in every aspect of the energy value chain, including oil and gas exploration and production.

We will seek early oil and gas assets acquisitions motivated by strong local partnership/alliances in countries such as Nigeria, Equatorial Guinea, Ghana, Angola, Namibia and Kenya.

Our overarching strategy is to be the most competitive and innovative energy company in Africa driven by best costs, efficiencies, energy security, and preservation of nature for future generations.

Our Management team is made up of industry professionals with over two decades of hands-on experiences and leadership roles. We will leverage our insights and knowledge of global management practices to manage value for investors, stakeholders and host communities.

Kalenoor Energy is planned to be Africa’s largest non-government owned company in the energy industry both in asset ownership and market capitalisation. It will strive to achieve listings on the African and London Stock Exchanges.
