CORPORATE SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY STRATEGY
Kalenoor Energy is the Exploration and Production Oil and Gas company of the future.
Our footprints will cut across Africa.
Each of the key managers of Kalenoor Energy has a minimum of 20 years of hands-on leadership experience working in a top global multinational oil and gas company.
Our entry strategy is that we will only engage in hydrocarbon and related activities ONLY after our potential host communities have by consensus agreed on a Free, prior and informed consent.
We will enter ONLY when the host communities have resolved and ensured convergence of their political strategy and business strategy… when there is a peaceful relationship among chiefs, elders, women and youth.
We do not get involved in the political decisions of host communities because we fully respect the rights of host communities to decide their future.
Our competitive strategy is hinged on a tripartite collaborative relationship that ensures we achieve mutual benefits for all parties: host communities, govt., and kalenoor Energy.
Our growth strategy is driven by our belief that oil and gas are strategic assets that should drive host communities rural development while creating values for all.
At Kalenoor Energy, our business strategy is to turn our host communities from stakeholders to business partners.
We want our host communities to avoid the shortcomings of the current General Memorandum of Understanding (GMOUs) offered by oil companies.
The host communities will be encouraged to fully participate in the entire value-chain of the oil industry.
The strategic advantage of Kalenoor Energy is that we have worked in the oil industry as operator plus we are mostly from the oil-producing region.
We will ONLY operate in an environment of social harmony and where the players including the host communities are ready to participate in the global oil and gas business.
